1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of dronehab.com.au and to the supply of goods and services by Dronehab Pty Ltd. By placing an order, booking a service, or otherwise transacting with us, you accept these terms.

2. Orders and payment

Pricing displayed online is in Australian dollars and includes GST unless stated. Orders are confirmed once payment has cleared or finance has been approved. Lead times are estimates and may vary with supplier availability.

3. Returns and warranty

All hardware carries the manufacturer warranty as supplied by DJI or the relevant brand. Returns of unopened, unused product are accepted within 14 days. Custom-configured kits and consumables are not returnable.

4. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability for any loss arising from supply is limited to the price paid for the goods or services.
